Our mission is to ensure that our clients have an improved state of physical and mental health through a rounded fitness training routine.

The Top Shape system is a personal training program individually designed to achieve one's optimum fitness level.  This is achieved with the aid of trained professionals implementing the five elements of a workout system resulting in an improved state of mind and body. The system is designed to address each clients muscular imbalances, various fitness levels and proactive fitness goals to enhance ones way of life. The program of choice will be progressive and documented by our professional team. As well, each client can choose to have quarterly assessment testing to establish more specific goals and personal accomplishments.

Our system is based on the fundamentals of exercise science and its function in the management of one's health through the Top Shape System. Through the system we support at Top Shape, trained professionals will help you build a trained body that will be fit.  A fitter body burns more calories than an unfit body. Therefore, the key to our program is not solely to burn calories at each session but to train your body to burn calories throughout your day even when at rest.

This can be achieved at a gradual pace with proper nutrition and a regular exercise program. Achievements can be measured by body composition testing and/or advanced assessment testing beneficial in establishing baselines and seeing positive results. A measurement that gives you true changes in fat storage and muscle mass.
