Stabilization, Strengthen, Power
Our approach is a comprehensive, systematic and innovative approach when training a client for a more active life. The results are balance, flexibility, strength, endurance and power.
The beginning and end of every workout involves a warm-up and a cool-down. The warm up will prepare the body for the rest of the workout. The cool down will give the heart time to recover after having expended blood to the working muscles for the conditioning phase of the exercise.
Balance and Core
Core is where all movement in your body originates; consequently, when you have good core stability, the muscles groups affected work in harmony. They provide support for your spine for almost any activity and can give you a more controlled movement as part of your exercise regimen.
Increase protection and bracing for your back
With a good core, the muscles in your lower back, pelvis, hips and abdomen work harmoniously.
Creates a more controlled movement, more stable center of gravity and more stable platform for sports movements. Good core provides support to your spine for about any activity.
Flexibility at Top Shape is addressed through passive static stretching. Flexibility is defined as the range of motion around a joint under the control of the nervous system.
Aerobic Training/Cardiovascular Exercise is any activity that involves the large muscles in the body, raises the heart rate, and is continuous and rhythmic.

Weight Bearing/Muscular Strength/Muscular Endurance
Our training method can optimize gains in both muscle growth to burn calories while resting and aerobic fitness to burn calories while exhibiting high energy levels and burning fat throughout the workout...It involves a total body workout, in general exercising all muscle groups, in one continuous cycle, alternating lower and upper body movements for recovery but encouraging the heart to pump blood more efficiently to the working muscle group; hence aerobic, fat-burning, a low weight high reps system developed to reap benefits all around progressing to intense power workout for maintenance for life.
